It is of course the simplest and most expensive option, the campsites are numerous in PACA and offer very good services. Ideal for families, the campsite offers many advantages and more comfort like access to showers, toilets, restaurant, bar, animations, swimming pools…\u00a0 We advise you to prefer municipal or farm campsites, more in the spirit of van travel.<\/p>\n

Campsites are often located close to tourist places and offer the possibility to leave your van at its place to go for a walk.<\/p>\n

Before leaving on your roadtrip, if you want to enjoy the beach and get your bearings with the vehicle, the “Camping Saint-Aygulf Plage<\/a>” is ideally located, with a friendly welcome, plenty of pitches and above all the assurance of finding a place even in high season.<\/p>\n

In the Gorges du Verdon, for example, you will have the choice between several ideally located municipal campings : “Les Ruisses<\/a>” and “Roches<\/a>” at the edge of the Sainte-Croix Lake, “Le Grand Canyon<\/a>” \u00e0 La Palud-Sur-Verdon,… And several campsites on the farm, such as “Clos du Lac” and “Maunard” in Aiguines, the “Maison d’Ad\u00e8le” in La Palud. Beware, in high season, they are very busy.<\/p>\n
